Crowley Data Poland

Crowley Data Poland L.L.C. is Poland's fastest-growing facilities-based data communications services provider. The Company has built state-of-the-art broadband networks in Poland's ten largest, most attractive markets including: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań, Katowice, Szczecin, Łódź, Lublin and Rzeszów. These regions, with a population exceeding 5.5 million, contain a majority of the country's business data and voice telephone lines. Crowley is able to provide its clients with a broad range of high-quality telecommunications services including: local, long distance and international voice services; broadband Internet access services; Virtual Private Networks (VPN); Data Transmission Links(DTL); VoIP.

Crowley Infrastructure Development Group

Crowley Infrastructure Development Group (CIDG) is a Master Developer offering infrastructure project development services and private equity financing. The company has served as the primary outside advisor to the architect of Warsaw. CIDG is also the leading provider of airport redevelopment planning. Immediate past projects include Krakow and Wroclaw airports. Additionally, CIDG offers "Technology for calculating and verifying heat rate deviation and GHG emission levels".

Renaissance Lighting

Renaissance Lighting, a subsidiary of Advanced Optical Technologies, LLC., was formed as a joint venture of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the largest high technology research company in the U.S. with over $6 billion in annual revenue, and Crowley Technologies, LLC. This venture, in which Crowley is the controlling shareholder, was created to commercialize optical technologies created during an SAIC research effort to improve laser-guided weapons systems for the U.S. Air Force.

Salmon PCS

Salmon PCS is an entrepreneurial venture formed between Crowley Digital Wireless and Cingular Wireless(now AT&T wireless) (AT&T is the largest wireless company in the U.S.). This venture, controlled by Crowley, originally bid $2.3 billion in a U.S. Government spectrum auction. Salmon provided digital wireless personal communication services to 45 U.S. cities under the Cingular Wireless brand name. Crowley Digital sold its controlling interest to Cingular in October, 2006.

Crowley Broadcast Analysis Brazil

For more than a decade, Crowley Broadcast Analysis do Brazil ("CBAB") has been Brazil's leading provider of radio airplay information. CBAB utilizes state-of-the-art technology in auditing the airplay of more than 300 radio stations in Brazil's 10 largest markets. In that role, CBAB generates charts and proprietary analyses that assist the music and advertising industries in their strategic and financial planning. CBAB is the official broadcast information provider to the Brazilian music industry.

Lightbridge

Lightbridge, formerly Thorium Power was founded in 1992 to develop technology invented by Dr. Alvin Radkowsky, the first chief scientist of the U.S. Naval Reactors program under Admiral H.G. Rickover from 1950-1972 and head of the design team of the first commercial nuclear power plant in Shippingport, Pennsylvania. Thorium Power was formed to develop and deploy nuclear fuel designs developed by Dr. Radkowsky to stop to production of weapons suitable plutonium and eliminate existing plutonium stockpiles. Thorium Power has been collaborating with nuclear scientists and engineers at Russia's prestigious Kurchatov Institute since 1994. In 2006, George D. Crowley, Jr., was appointed as the founding co-chair of the company's International Advisory Board.
